AirZone Heating and Cooling offers the best service and installation throughout the city of Chicago and Chicago-land surrounding area since 1999.  Our mission is to be the consumer choice of heating and cooling provider for residential and commercial projects large or small.  We strive to provide the highest quality of  products and first rate service.

Maurice W. Demus and Warshaw King are founding members of AirZone Heating and Cooling.  Maurice W. Demus started in the Hotel Industry in the city of Chicago. Maurice W. Demus and Warshaw King holds several certification and licenses in the HVAC industry and management courses through Northwestern. They decided to further their education by taking various courses in the HVAC industry, they currently hold the following certifications:

• City of Chicago Stationary Engineers License
• Universal Refrigeration
• License Various Certifications HVAC Felio Boilers
• Furnaces Air Conditioning
• Rooftop Installation
